This is the first white paper on activities related to COST Action NEWFOCUS, mostly on the use of optical wireless communication as enabling technology in a range of areas outlined in Horizon Europe’s Pillar II including Health, Manufacturing, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Network and Protocol.
